Foods: The Old Crow Cafe

Gabriola has only a handful of places to eat out, so it’s pretty damn lucky that the first place we went to – The Old Crow Cafe – was amazing.

Mexican with loads of veggie options! Burritos, tacos (available in twin or triplet plates, $5 for twins on Taco Tuesday), enchiladas… everything. I got the veggie soft tacos on flour tortillas (corn also available); wild rice, organic black bean and corn mix topped with avocado, chipotle mayo, shredded carrot & beat, fresh tomato salsa and crispy onions. I also spied some pumpkin seeds on top which made me extra happy. Deeelicious. Seriously. I could eat a whole bowl of those crispy onions!
