This amazing dressing is super easy to make and is perfect on a slice of toast with sprouts, pickled onions and cashew cream. It’s also good tossed into some spinach with goats cheese, blueberries, sunflower seeds and pickled onions as a salad. Here’s how you make it!
Honey Balsamic Dressing!
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 to 1-1/2 cups honey
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 heaped tablespoon chopped garlic
1 heaped tablespoon grainy mustard
Whisk well and store in a sealed jar or glass bottle in the fridge. Shake well before serving. The oil can also congeal a bit if stored for too long, so set it out an hour or so before use. YUMMM
