We’ve got more flowers in bloom around here, including some we are really really excited about! Above is an echinacea flower from some starters we planted last year that were super trampled by chickens. This spring they sprouted back up from nothing and we transplanted them and they thrived! Success!
^ Pickling cukes!
^ More cornflowers
^ Black dahlias with yellow blossoms! Swoon!
^ Sort of rare white double delight echinacea flowers I bought as a memorial to J’s Dad.
^ Nasturtiums everywhere!
^ Mimosa tree is blossoming!
^ Wisteria is blooming for the second time this year
^ The goji berry plant we almost killed by planting it in a too hot location. J transplanted it to a better planter and it came right back… goji berries!
^ Tomatillos
^ The hot weather has been good for the tomatoes, at least
^ Sea thistles! I love the look of these things.
^ The cardoon artichokes are about to burst!
^ Bee balm!
