Hello! Second week on the job and I’m already behind! Haha sorry.

Four Ingredient Truffles

Hello everyone!
I made these a few weeks ago for an Oscar party and they were very popular. The best part; there are only four ingredients! They have quickly become a favorite in my household (well really anything with peanut butter is) that is super delicious, melts in your mouth and can be done endless ways!

What you will need:
1 cup organic semi sweet chocolate
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoons natural smooth peanut butter
Cocoa

How you will do it:
Over a ban marie place your chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and stir until melted. Remove from heat and your peanut butter and mix til incorporated. Cover with foil or saran and place in the fridge for about 45 minutes until firm.
Using a melon baller or a small spoon make even balls of your mixture. You may need to roll them in your palms to get the perfect shape!
Next roll in cocoa and you’re done!
Keep them in the fridge until you will be serving them. They WILL melt in your hands. So enjoy!

There are lots of other options if you want to make your plate look more colourful or need more options. Some could be add dried fruit, shredded coconut or use almond butter instead of peanut butter in your mixture. Also roll them in the same! Chopped almonds, coconut, chopped peanuts, matcha powder, or sprinkles!
