I’m back, and have a great recipe for a quick snack on the go full of protein, healthy fats, gluten and dairy free.
Chocolate chip cookie dough balls!
One of my favorite things growing up was the leftover cookie dough stuck to the wooden spoon while making cookies, and this is so similar, without risking salmonella. 😮
What you will need:
3/4 cup ground almonds
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats (gluten free if you like)
1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
How do you do it?
Mix together all your ingredients in a bowl add your chocolate chips last.
Roll into even sized balls and presto!
Super easy, super delicious and easy to grab on the way in the house or out.
Other things you can add in there, raisins, nuts, seeds, sprinkles (for a birthday twist!), or other cookie ingredients that you can think of!
