It’s been a while! I was trying not to buy many new books last year, but I also didn’t end up reading much so I picked up some books that might re-jog my interest. This year I am not sure how much time I will find for reading, but I’d love to get through more of my TBR and not buy any new titles. There are sooo many just sitting there waiting to be read… but here’s a stack of new ones none-the-less!
For the cookbook shelf I snagged Top Pot Hand-Forged Doughnuts by Kiebeck and Kiebeck, and Macarons by Annie Rigg. MMMM
For the herbal room I picked up Jude’s Herbal Home Remedies by Jude Williams.
For general reading I got: A Wild Sheep Chase by Haruki Murakami (I’ve already read this title but NEVER find used copies of Murakami’s work!) Ru by Kim Thuy, Sexual Metamorphosis: An Anthology of Transsexual Memoirs edited by Jonathan Ames. The Kappa Child by Hiromi Goto, Mutants: On Genetic Variety and the Human Body by Armand Marie Leroi, and CUNT: A Declaration of Independence by Inga Musico.
This book haul sounds really great and I would love to get my hands on some of them! I have a similar buy-less-and-read-more resolution for 2017. I wish you all the best and happy reading in the new year! 😀
That sounds like a great plan!! Happy reading to you too 🙂
This is an awesome book haul!
Thank you!
