Well, hello! I’ve been away for a bit but I promise there’s some good stuff coming up reeeeeal soon. I was in Orlando for a few days (and I’ve got the pics to prove it), then it was time for me to go back to work. Work work work work.
While I was away the April Petit Vour box arrived, which was a nice surprise to come home to! This month’s products are beautiful, as always. Here’s what we got this month:
The first item I saw was the full sized Love Marie Lip Gloss by MarieNatie ($19) in a really pretty shade of pink. I love the feel of this gloss, it’s not too sticky but last for a decent amount of time. And full sized is always exciting! Next up is Suntegrity Skincare’s Makeup with SPF ($5). Where was this when I went to Florida? I got buuuurned. Looking forward to trying this out in the sun soon.
Also in this box is a really cute cuticle oil from French Girl Organics ($10). I love the simplicity of the label, and the square bottle with a roller top. It’s easy to roll the oil right onto your cuticles, and I looooove the scent! This item went straight into my bag. Lastly, we have the African Black Soap body lotion from Nubian Heritage ($3). I love the packaging for this small bottle (3 fl. oz); the label has a great colour scheme and the text is clean and legible. This lotion is made with aloe vera, oats, African black soap extract, and vitamin E. Nubian Heritage also sounds like a really great company! Taken from their website:
“We got our start as street vendors in Harlem. Fresh out of college and without jobs, we set out to bring the healing traditions of African Black Soap and Shea Butter to the community we loved. Short on experience, but full of passion and determination, we used our knowledge of culturally authentic healing traditions to create our natural skin and body treatments back in 1991, and every day since.”
Overall another great cruelty free box from Petit Vour!
