Looks like this year is going to be a good one for harvesting fruit and berries around our property. The cherry tree has exploded with cherries and I’m super excited to make some fruit tarts with this haul. I feel so fortunate to be able to walk into my yard and pick a bowl full of fresh fruit to make desserts with!

My boyfriend’s mum has strawberies, raspberries & currants in her garden & I’ve already made cakes & jam with them haha

Not sure about a potted one. I just looked up to see if I can grow it in my area and looks like I can. So I will keep my eye out at the nursery for a cherry tree! 🙂
