Our passionflower vine is going nuts this year. We have a ton of blossoms and it has also stretched to nearly the other end of the bedroom balcony, which we weren’t expecting. I have harvested a bowl full of blossoms (though leaves and stems can also be harvested) and we will dry them to make passionflower tea.
Passionflower tea can be used to calm anxiety and improve sleep. Take 1 tsp of tea and brew in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Drink before bedtime.
