IPSY: November Glam Bag

November glam bag! I’m late posting this but the November bag has arrived and had some cute stuff in it. Something about this month’s bag seemed less satisfying than previous bags, maybe because some of the samples were reeeeally small. Even the bag felt smaller than normal, though I did like the fuzzy green design.

Included in this months bag: L.O.C.K. COLOR Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner in Pearl Black, M2Ü NYC Makeup Blending Sponge in Lavender Rabbit, PÜR 4-in-1 Sculpting Concealer in LN6 |Light, TRESLÚCE BEAUTY Resilient Alma Eyeshadow Quad, and GLOWIEST Youthful Glow and Peachy Glow Mask Duo.

Add ons I ordered this month were FRECK BEAUTY Freck OG, MARC ANTHONY Coconut & Shea Hydrating Leave-In Conditioner, and IT COSMETICS Brow Power Universal Defining Eyebrow Pencil in Universal Taupe.

The Freck Beauty sample is soooo small, which kind of annoyed me to be honest because it was $12! The concealer sample is also super tiny, it has maybe a couple applications in it but that’s all. Not nearly as generous as some of the other concealers I’ve received over the last year.

I like the makeup sponge, eyebrow pencil, and conditioner, but was in general pretty underwhelmed by this months bag, even with the add ons I chose. I have December’s glam bag on its way to me now, but I think with the amount of makeup I have accumulated over the last 14 months I have enough to last me for a while so I’ll be pausing my subscription for a bit. It’s nice that IPSY offers a switch to delivery every two months (instead of monthly) as well as the ability to skip a month or cancel your account if you choose. I’ve switched to delivery every two months and I’ll see how that feels for a bit.
